Job position : front desk officer job location Abuja type of employment full time.
1.We are searching for a front desk officer that will work hard to aid the company to achieve our targets.
2. First to achieve these objectives the front desk officer will be required to warmly welcome visitors and our clients to the showroom ,have the ability to receive phone calls and reply to messages from our customers through our various platforms.
1 Welcome visitors and clients and also ensure they are comfortable
2 Channel clients queries to the right department or person in charge .
3 Provide administrative or secretarial support as and when needed.
4. Receive and respond to correspondence
5 Responding properly to customer enquiries
6 Communicating with customers through various channels
7 Acknowledging and resolving customers complaints
8 Maintaining a database of customers and issuing know your customer (KYC) forms to walk-in clients.
9. Keeping records of customers interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
10. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues when necessary
11 Managing company social media accounts like our Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and Twitter accounts
12 providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
1. A minimum of a BSC
2 .0 to 3 years experience
3. Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation for a degree in any course will be highly advantageous.
4. Prior experience as a front desk officer ideally at a similar company
5 Time and self-management skill
6.Ability to create and manage space that are engaging and welcoming
7 High interpersonal skills.
8.Tech-savvy and ability to manage social media handles
9 Effective communication and good command of written and spoken English
10 Outstanding teamwork communication and customer service abilities
11 Basic secretarial skills.
